If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Remote Cruise Line Specialist. In this role, you will work with clients to create customized cruise experiences tailored to their preferences and interests, all while working remotely from the comfort of your own home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, and desired cruise destinations.
• Research and recommend cruise itineraries, ships, and cabin options based on client preferences and requirements.
• Assist clients with booking their cruise vacations, including securing cabins, arranging transportation to and from ports, and coordinating any additional amenities or special requests.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to clients throughout the booking process, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new cruise offerings, and promotions to provide clients with the most relevant and accurate information.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and bookings using our CRM system.
• Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the cruise to ensure a seamless and memorable experience for clients.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the travel industry, particularly with cruise lines, is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client inquiries simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and online booking platforms.
• Passion for travel and a desire to help clients create unforgettable memories.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and client needs.
• Minimum age of 18 and authorization to work in the specified location.
