Position Overview:
As a Protocol Data Abstractor (PDA) Team Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in managing a team of dedicated professionals responsible for abstracting and curating clinical trial data. Your leadership will ensure the accuracy and timeliness of data entry, maintaining the highest standards of quality in compliance with program requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise the protocol data abstractors, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.
Conduct training sessions to equip team members with the necessary skills and knowledge for their roles.
Oversee the abstraction, curation, and coding of clinical trial data, identifying opportunities for process enhancements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly, maintaining consistent data quality.
Uphold standard operating procedures (SOPs), conducting quality control reviews to ensure adherence to guidelines.
Act as a liaison for program-related meetings, effectively communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
A passion for working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality assurance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and willingness to learn new technologies.
Bachelor's degree required, with at least four years of relevant experience, including leadership experience.
Familiarity with clinical trials research and quality assurance processes is desirable.
