Everstaff is seeking Bilingual Patient Service Reps (Spanish speaking) for a reputable company in the Sherwood, AR area!

Responsibilities:

• Responsibilities:
• Listening to the questions of the customers and advising them about the products or services.
• Capturing data from the patient
• Allotting time to each customer equally.
• Dealing with medical insurance companies.
• Answering the phone calls and email inquires.
• Advising the customers about insurance plans.
• Scheduling appointments for the Patients

Requirements:

• Committment to providing excellent service and compassionate care
• 2-5 years experience in customer service - call center or health care experience is a Plus
• High shool diploma or equivalent
• Strong commununication skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently

Pay : $16.50/hr
