Job Description
Administrative Assistant / File Clerk
· Washington, DC 20005
· Monday-Friday 8-5 EST, 40 hours per week
Duration: ~4 months to start (potential to extend or convert)
Pay Rate: $22 per hour W2
Overview : Work is mostly admin and data entry, will be preparing filings to file with the Secretary of State and online as well.
Processing legal documents to file with various secretaries of state including DC, processing authentications and SOP.
Research documents. Submit and retrieve legal documents to the Secretary of State.
Requirements
· Background: general office support or client services or file management
· Skills: data entry, strong document / file management skills
· Education: high school diploma minimum; college degree a plus
· Nice to have: legal documents, government filing, etc.
