We want your knowledge and expertise! **Job Summary and Qualifications** **Job Summary** Under direction of the Cardiovascular Services Director coordinates administrative/clerical activities for Cardiovascular Departments of Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology, EP, and Non-invasive Cardiology. He/ She performs high level administrative duties, including maintaining communication with Physician offices, responding to patient family members, assist Director with correspondence, report preparation in addition to other duties as assigned by the director. Assist with scheduling clinical procedures in all Cardiology departments and will make periodic visits to PCP and Cardiologists offices to maintain good working relationship, and address any issues which may arise. All procedures must be scheduled in a timely, accurate and courteous manner with the least inconvenience to the patient. HCA Florida Fort Walton-Destin Hospital is a 267-bed hospital.
