Digital Marketing Manager Consultant

As a Digital Marketing Manager Consultant, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that enable our clients to effectively engage with their target audience, drive traffic to their websites, and ultimately enhance conversions and revenue. This role requires a strong client-facing component, where you will collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Create and execute digital marketing strategies and plans that align with the client's business goals and objectives.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee marketing campaigns across various digital platforms, including paid social media, email, mobile search engines, connected TV (CTV), and programmatic display advertising (if applicable).
  • Data Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analyze performance data to identify trends and insights, optimizing campaign ROI and performance.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work alongside creative, content, product, and engineering teams to devise effective marketing initiatives.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of marketing campaigns and make informed adjustments.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the digital marketing budget for clients, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in digital marketing technologies and tools.
  • Primary Objectives:
    • Propose client-centric solutions that are both technically sound and operationally practical.
    • Manage expectations of both internal and external clients effectively.
    • Prepare and oversee operational resources to deliver high-quality products on schedule.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred; a minimum of 5 years in digital marketing, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Knowledge and Skills:
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, tools, and techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and analytics.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Visio.
    • Strategic thinking capabilities to develop effective marketing strategies that meet business objectives.
    • Exceptional presentation and training skills, with the ability to tailor content for diverse audiences.
    • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitask, prioritize projects, and meet deadlines.
    • Strong team collaboration skills, fostering relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and compellingly.
  • Experience:
    • Proven track record in executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
    • Familiarity with software development processes or experience in a tech-oriented environment is a plus.
    • Knowledge of automotive marketing is desirable.
    • Other Requirements:
      • Ability to work for extended periods at a computer.
      • Capacity to maintain focus and alertness throughout the workday.
      • Willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed to meet business objectives.
