Youth Director

To build young disciples for Christ by developing and implementing a comprehensive approach to youth ministry (in the areas of group building, worship, discipleship, mission, and outreach) while serving as a spiritual leader and role model.

Qualifications

Youth Director Requirements

• Evident relationship with Jesus Christ.
• Bachelor's degree in theology, biblical studies, or youth ministry - Also consider equivalent training, experience or in the process of.
• Previous youth ministry experience is an advantage.
• Proficient understanding of challenges and needs of young people.
• Excellent computer skills, and proficiency with social media.
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Affinity for young people.
• Ability to lead by example.
• Available to work evenings, over weekends and public holidays.

Salary & Benefits

$45,000 - $65,000
