We’re looking for a go getter Warehouse & Customer Service Associate who’s just as comfortable behind a computer screen as they are moving pallets in the warehouse. This isn’t a huge warehouse operation, but it’s a place where things move quickly, and no two days look exactly the same.

One minute you might be updating inventory and problem-solving in the office, and the next you’re on the warehouse floor breaking down a pallet, boxing up an order, or operating a forklift. If you’re the type of person who likes variety, takes pride in accuracy, and enjoys figuring out better ways to get things done, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

• Receive and prepare LTL (less than truckload / large item shipments), break down pallets, box small packages
• Keep inventory counts accurate — making sure we never run out of stock when customers need it
• Use tech and inventory systems to keep everything organized (we’ll train, but fast learners shine here)
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently
• Pitch in with general warehouse tasks (cutting down boxes, trash/recycling, keeping the space organized)
• Work with the team to identify smarter, faster, better ways to do things
• Balance time between office tasks (data entry, reporting, tracking) and hands-on warehouse work

What We're Looking For

• One (1) year of experience in a warehouse or inventory management role; HVAC warehouse experience is a plu
• Must have high school diploma / GED. Associates degree strongly preferred.
• Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of their work
• A problem-solver who can work independently and isn’t afraid to make suggestions or take initiative
• Wants to have their idea’s valued
• Comfortable lifting 80+ pounds and doing hands-on warehouse work
• Experience operating a forklift/pallet jack (certification a plus)
• Strong attention to detail, you’re the kind of person who double checks counts and catches mistakes
• Tech-savvy, quick learner, and not afraid to try new tools (AI skills are a huge plus)
