Talent4Health is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU - Progressive Care Unit Supervisor for a travel nursing job in Washington, District of Columbia.

• 36 hours per week
• Shift: 12 hours, nights, rotating

Licenses & Certifications

• Active RN license in the state/district – Required
• BLS – Required
• ACLS – Required
• NIHSS – Required
• PALS – Not required unless specified

Education

• Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program – Required
• * BSN – Highly desired

Experience

• PCU Experience – Required: 2 Years
• Clinical Supervisor / Charge Experience – Required: 2 Years
• RN Experience – Required: 2 Years
• Cerner EMR Experience – Required

• Nights or rotating shifts – 3×12
• Holiday coverage required
• No mention of on-call unless the facility provides details

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Comfortable supervising PCU staff and supporting clinical operations
• Highly skilled in patient assessment, escalation management, and coordination of care
• Proficient in Cerner and comfortable with rapid decision-making
