Spilman Thomas & Battle, PLLC is currently seeking an experienced corporate and federal taxation attorney to work in any of its offices located in North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Virginia and West Virginia. Qualified candidate will have at least five (5) years' experience of working with businesses and individuals engaging in federal tax work, business transactions and planning for individuals, corporations, partnerships, tax-exempt entities, and handling federal taxpayer advocacy matters. Portable book of business preferred but not required.
