Job Description
Position Summary
Responsible for developing and executing test plans for networking hardware products. Involves hardware debugging, troubleshooting, and test automation to maintain product quality. Works closely with manufacturing teams to ensure smooth NPI to production transitions.
Key Responsibilities
Required Skills & Knowledge
Strong understanding of hardware/system test methodologies .
Experience with UNIX/Linux systems.
Proficient in troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving .
Familiarity with server architectures and networking fundamentals .
Ability to manage tasks with limited supervision.
Qualifications
Education: BS/BA in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Experience: 1–3 years in PCA/System level manufacturing test .
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Work Environment
Primarily office/lab-based role.
May require occasional travel (approx. 5%) and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Periodic on-call or after-hours work may be required.
