As a Sales Executive In House, you will be responsible for presenting the Hilton Grand Vacations ownership products and programs to our owners and potential owners to generate maximum net sales volume while maintaining a professional and ethical representation of the company.

  • In House Sales Executives have a target annual earnings of $140,000, with some Team Members earning significantly more based on their performance. The salary is based on bonuses governed by a compensation plan, which provides for an hourly rate of $14 as an advance against bonuses.

Schedule Details:

Our Sales Department operates 7 days per week, shifts start between 7:45am-8:00am. Paid training is provided for your first 2 weeks. 5 day work week will be assigned following completion of training based on business needs.

Additional Responsibilities Include:

  • Welcome clients and present luxury Hilton Grand Vacation Club ownership products to potential buyers.
  • \n
  • Maintain effective communication with clients and provide follow up to ensure customer happiness.
  • \n
  • Liaise with Quality Assurance Managers to resolve guest related issues as they arise.
  • \n
  • Attend all sales training and sales meeting for key information on Hilton Grand Vacation Club product and related updates.
  • \n
  • Apply selling concepts promoted at Hilton Grand Vacations.
  • \n
  • Use various forms of communication (email, telephone, online/virtual, and written) to work with Guests and Owners.
  • \n
  • Perform follow-up interactions to complete a sale online using appropriate HGV technology and adhering to HGV inventory selling guidelines.
  • \n
  • Generate referral leads with each new customer.
  • \n
  • Promote a positive work environment and adhere to Hilton Grand Vacation core values and policies.

  • Work well in a team environment.
  • \n

  • Hilton Grand Vacations is a leader in the vacation ownership industry, operating with an unwavering commitment to innovation, quality, and continued growth. To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
  • \n
  • Minimum 1 year of proven sales and customer service experience.
  • \n
  • Minimum 6 months of previous timeshare/vacation ownership experience.
  • \n
  • Ability to acquire an active Hawaii Real Estate license
  • \n
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
  • \n
  • Proficiency (reading/writing/speaking) in English.
  • \n
  • Ability to resolve sophisticated customer service issues.
  • \n
  • Proven ability to adapt to changes in a fast paced environment.
  • \n
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • \n

It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

  • 2 + years of previous timeshare/vacation ownership experience preferred.
  • \n
  • Two years of Hilton Grand Vacations family experience.
  • \n
