Make a Meaningful Impact as an RN Supervisor:

As an RN Supervisor, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

• Inspiring Leadership: Supervise and mentor nursing staff, fostering a culture of excellence and compliance.
• Expert Clinical Assessment: Conduct thorough resident assessments, document findings, and communicate changes to physicians and families.
• Empowering Education: Develop and implement engaging staff education programs to enhance clinical skills.
• Performance Excellence: Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to nursing staff.
• Quality Assurance Champion: Participate in quality assurance programs to ensure optimal resident outcomes.
• Resident Advocacy: Investigate and address any suspected abuse or neglect situations with sensitivity and diligence.
• Seamless Transitions: Manage resident admissions, transfers, and discharges with efficiency and compassion.
• Medication Management: Assist with physician orders and ensure accurate medication administration.
• Strategic Staffing: Participate in staffing and scheduling to maintain optimal care delivery.
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Timely Task Completion: Ensure all nursing tasks are completed promptly and efficiently.

Your Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in Nursing or Associate's degree in Nursing (RN).
• Proven Leadership: Minimum of one year of supervisory experience in long-term care (LTC) or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Active RN License: Current and valid Registered Nurse license in Pennsylvania.
