Roles & Responsibilities:
Curate Dream Cruises: Research, plan, and execute exceptional cruise itineraries that cater to the unique preferences and desires of our clients.
Client-Centric Approach: Understand individual client needs to create personalized cruise packages that exceed expectations.
Continuous Learning: Engage in ongoing training to stay up-to-date with the latest cruise trends, ship offerings, and industry updates.
Cruise Line Specialization: Attend webinars with cruise line representatives to become a specialist in specific cruise destinations and offerings.
Budget Management: Work within client budgets, providing recommendations that offer exceptional value and a memorable cruise experience.
Promotional Initiatives: Develop compelling promotional materials to showcase our cruise offerings and attract new clients.
Stay Informed: Keep abreast of changing cruise regulations and adapt plans accordingly.
End-to-End Cruise Bookings: Handle all aspects of cruise bookings, including cabin selection, shore excursions, dining arrangements, and any special requests.
Client Communication: Maintain effective communication with clients before, during, and after their cruise, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any concerns or issues that may arise during the booking process or cruise, ensuring client satisfaction.
Networking: Foster relationships with cruise line representatives and stay informed about new cruise packages and offerings.
Requirements:
Age and Authorization: Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the US.
Communication Skills: Strong communication skills are essential, with a customer service or sales background considered a plus.
Tech Savvy: Must have a smartphone with internet access; a laptop is recommended but not required.
Cruise Enthusiast: Personal cruise experience is a significant plus, although not mandatory.
Customer Service Background: Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is advantageous but not required.
