At DroneDeploy, we’re on a mission to transform reality capture and site intelligence—and we’re growing fast. That means bringing on top talent at speed and scale. We’re seeking a driven, strategic, and resourceful Recruiter who thrives in a SaaS environment and can deliver results.

This role is a high-impact opportunity to partner directly with hiring managers and executives, owning searches end-to-end across R&D, Product, Design, and Engineering leadership, while also stepping in to support non-technical roles when needed. We are hiring a strategic recruiter who thrives in builder mode, moves fast without sacrificing quality, and knows how to maintain strong, evergreen pipelines of top talent. This is a chance to shape the growth of a category leader by bringing in the innovators, problem-solvers, and leaders who will define our next chapter.

This is a remote position (work from home), based in the U.S. 

Responsibilities
  • Own full-cycle recruiting across technical and non-technical roles, with a primary focus on R&D: Engineers (entry-level to leadership), Product Managers, and Product Designers.
  • Deliver at speed and quality—filling roles in < 90 days while maintaining a bar for top-tier talent.
  • Partner with hiring managers to shape roles, design interview processes, and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Continuously build evergreen pipelines of top candidates for current and future needs—ready to call upon when new openings hit.
  • Run tailored sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, networks, referrals, and creative approaches.
  • Provide a standout candidate experience, from first touch through offer and onboarding.
  • Track recruiting metrics to optimize performance and keep us ahead of hiring goals (~10–15 hires per quarter).
  • Act as a brand ambassador, showcasing our mission, culture, and opportunities we offer to the talent market.
  • Stay scrappy, self-directed, and relentless—we don’t have time for games; we need results.
Requirements
  • Proven in-house recruiting experience in SaaS, with a strong track record filling technical roles at all levels.
  • Deep expertise in technical recruiting, with proven success hiring engineers (entry to leadership), product managers, and product designers.
  • Demonstrated ability to fill hard-to-hire technical roles at speed (<90 days) without compromising quality.
  • Hustle and drive—you’re self-directed, thrive in ambiguity, and know how to get it done.
  • Comfort managing 10–15 roles per quarter without sacrificing quality or speed.
  • Strong experience with Lever (or comparable ATS) and sourcing platforms, plus a track record of using AI tools to streamline recruiting workflows, enhance sourcing, and improve candidate experience.
  • A data-driven mindset, with the ability to report and act on key recruiting metrics.
  • A continuous improvement mindset—always testing and refining recruiting strategies, tools, and processes to raise the bar.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence partnering with executives and hiring managers.
  • Availability for occasional travel for meetings, conferences, company events (~1x per quarter).
