As a Parts Counterperson , you’ll be at the heart of customer interactions, ensuring the smooth operation of our parts department while providing outstanding customer service . Your responsibilities will include:

• Engaging with customers in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner to select the parts they need.
• Answering calls, providing price quotes and helpful information.
• Processing orders from stock and keeping detailed, organized records of all transactions.
• Assisting outside sales reps and communicating with service advisors and customers about parts status.
• Ensuring inventory is well-maintained and that orders are tracked and fulfilled in a timely manner.
• Staying up-to-date with new products and product updates.
• Participating in all training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

• Education/Experience:

  • High school diploma (GED) required.
  • Previous experience in parts or retail (3-6 months preferred).
  • Basic computer skills and a passion for learning!

• Certifications (Preferred but not required):

  • ASE Certifications
  • Medium/Heavy Truck Parts Specialist Certification

• Other Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record that meets company insurance standards.
