+ Schedule: 24 hour call out, 365 days, 7 days a week
+ Crew Change Location: Across Gulf of Mexico Coast, home base Lafayette, Louisiana
Job Responsibilities
+ A member of the construction leadership team reporting to Allison Offshore Supervisor and acts as a liaison with customer representative.
+ Provides leadership in safe execution of work offshore and supervises multi-skilled work crew including welders, fitters, crane operators and riggers.
+ Works as a mastercraftsman when needed.
+ Coordinates daily work task for construction crew.
+ Conduct and audit JSAs and all other Safety, Health and Environmental Processes.
+ Adequate Tool House Inventory and Materials Management for job scope.
Skills & Experience
+ Extensive offshore construction experience with demonstrable experience in Welding or Fitting or other offshore construction skilled trade.
+ Competence in supervising and leading others.
+ Experienced in conducting job scopes and preparing pricing for customer preferred.
+ Ability to use Microsoft Office products for reporting and correspondence.
Valid TWIC card is mandatory.
Qualified candidates must live in within 5 hour range of homebase in order to respond to call outs as needed.
Must be able to successfully complete the required pre- placement physical exam, lift capacity evaluation, pre-employment drug and alcohol test and successfully enroll in DISA.
