Overview: $5,000 sign-on bonus
A full-time floating Occupational Therapist , (OT/OTR), position is available in the Farmington area. The successful candidate will provide OT therapy services to three different sub-acute/skilled nursing facilities in Farmington and Madison. Travel time and mileage are paid when traveling in between two or more facilities on one day. This position offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus!

Requirements:
Responsibilities and Qualifications:
The qualified candidate will:
Float to 2 facilities in Farmington & 1 facility in Madison to provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facilities
Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment
Possess a current Occupational Therapy license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed
Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation
Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation
Work well with others in a team setting
Be flexible with hours.
Compensation: $28.00 - $42.00
