What you will do:

• Complete all necessary project tasks including including but not limited to dust protection, demolition, framing, rough finish carpentry, finish carpentry, siding, custom cabinetry, decks, tile, light plumbing and electrical.
• Maintain jobsite safety, orderliness, and cleanliness.
• Coordinate with Project Manager ensuring the project remains on schedule both rough and finish carpentry
• When applicable coordinate and communicate with Sea Pointe trade partners to ensure all tasks are complete to Sea Pointe standards.
• Efficiently communicate with homeowners maintaining an outstanding client experience.
