Engage with the product marketing and marketing communications team to increase awareness of Kirby Risk programs Assist in facilitating logistics for programs and events, which will require a high level of interaction with attendees and vendors Oversee event setup, on-site coordination, and breakdown Identify areas of program improvement in coordination with planning participants, implementing new program strategies for increased program success Champion CRM adoption through utilization reports and training initiatives Preserve the integrity of the programs through the application of standards, initiatives, and goal achievement Foster positive relationships and maintains communication with external programs and organizations as a representative of Kirby Risk for effective facilitation Primary requirements include: 1-3 years equivalent work experience/relevant internships, industry experience preferred Understanding of business operations and processes, self-motivated yet customer-focused Strong interpersonal and customer contact skills Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as outstanding copywriting and proofreading skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; ability to handle multiple tasks/priorities Ability to work Flexible hours, including occasional evenings.
