Position Overview

A growing organization is seeking a Marketing and Event Coordinator to support marketing efforts through event planning, campaign development, and content creation. This role involves coordinating trainings, promotional events, and internal programs, while managing communications and marketing materials across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute events such as trainings, open houses, meetings, and trade shows
• Develop and promote marketing campaigns for events and initiatives
• Manage logistics including venue selection, contracts, and communications
• Create event materials including flyers, invitations, and registration sites
• Produce marketing collateral and digital assets for internal and external use
• Track inventory of marketing materials and promotional items
• Monitor marketing budgets and process related invoices
• Write communications and announcements for various audiences
• Support digital marketing efforts including social media, email, and website updates

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and creative skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
• Familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing, and website maintenance

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: based on experience; starting at $55,000

Includes health and disability insurance, retirement plan, paid vacation, and sick leave
