Manufacturing Training and Development Manager
Job Summary: The Training and Development Manager is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive training programs aimed at building organizational capabilities. This role involves leading the training committee, organizing and executing training initiatives to drive upskilling and reskilling efforts, and supporting the organization’s transformation goals. Additionally, the position will focus on enhancing organizational capabilities through managing performance to ensure continuous improvement.
