Job Description
Francis Mailman Soumilas, PC is a boutique nationwide consumer protection firm based in Center City Philadelphia. We are seeking a law student to work as an intern/law clerk for 10-15 hours per week with an emphasis on complaint drafting. Pay is $25 per hour. Work will include the drafting of pleadings, motions, and discovery. The majority of the work is based in Federal Court, so the work will provide a crash course in basic Federal procedure. We are looking for a practical-minded persuasive writer, who has an interest in learning about consumer protection, class actions and fee shifting cases.
Ideal schedule would be 10-15 hours during the week, Tues-Thurs.
