No experience? No problem! We're a licensed training facility and will cover the cost of Home Care Aide training for eligible employees.
Requirements:
- You’re at least 18 years or older.
- You can lift, push, or pull up to 25 lbs.
- You have a driver’s license, auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle.
- You can work at least 20 hours a week.
- You’re willing to work at least one weekend day (Saturday OR Sunday).
- You have a valid HCA/CNA license in Washington OR are willing to learn .

- Competitive Pay: $18.12 - $20.63 (dependent on licensure and level of care)

Responsibilities:
- Provide companionship and conversation
- Assist with bathing, grooming, hygiene, and toileting
- Prepare meals
- Offer medication and appointment reminders
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry
- Transport clients to errands or appointments
- Support mobility and ensure safe movement
- Deliver specialized care for individuals with Alzheimer’s, Dementia, or in Hospice
