We are seeking a Senior Paralegal with a strong background in immigration law. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Spanish and possess excellent organizational and communication skills. This full-time position offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities

•Assist attorneys with preparing and filing immigration petitions and applications
•Conduct legal research and gather necessary documentation
•Communicate with clients, government agencies, and other relevant parties
•Draft legal documents and correspondence
•Maintain and organize case files and records
•Provide administrative support to attorneys as needed
•Aid lawyers in trial preparation by preparing and organizing exhibits, organizing and coordinating witnesses, conducting research on legal articles, and assisting with client meetings and filing motions
•Gather information about legal issues from the client in interviews

Qualifications

•Minimum of 5 years of experience as a paralegal in immigration law
•Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken) is a must
•Strong understanding of immigration procedures and regulations
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team
•Proficiency in legal research and case management software
•Strong oral and written communication skills
•Must have great time-management skills, and organizational skills
