What you'll be doing:

1. Oversee the onboarding process of new employees.
2. Training employees about corporate policies and procedures.
3. Gain thorough understanding of Dutchman Hospitality culture, fully embracing the Mission, Vision, and Values.
4. Assist location management in filling staffing needs through the use of multiple recruitment tools and strategies
5. HR functions and coordinate employee communications programs (Text, Email, Newsletter, social media, Info Screens, Surveys) Work with Payroll and Benefits Manager to provide oversight of all formal Benefit programs

Skills you'll bring along:

1. 3+ Years Previous HR experience.
2. Positive and friendly attitude.
3. Thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
4. Strong Customer Service Background.
5. High- Level Organizational skills
6. Bilingual a plus
