Job Description
We are looking for an experienced high volume HR Recruiter to join our team in Kapolei, Hawaii, on a long-term contract basis. In this role, you will play a critical part in sourcing, screening, and securing top talent for customer-facing roles while ensuring a seamless recruitment process. Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems and CRM tools to maintain organized and efficient hiring workflows.
• Conduct background checks and verify candidate credentials to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
• Post job advertisements on platforms like Indeed and other relevant channels to attract candidates with appropriate experience.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a smooth process.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve recruitment strategies and enhance the candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and ensure timely communication with candidates.
• Support onboarding processes and assist in benefit-related functions as needed.
• Minimum of one year of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Knowledge of employment law and hiring practices for federal and Hawaii state law required.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment for customer-facing roles.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and CRM platforms.
• Experience with conducting background checks and verifying candidate information.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with posting and managing job advertisements on platforms like Indeed.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
