Wheatley Creek Services, a dynamic home service and maintenance company in Grand County, Colorado, is seeking a skilled and dedicated Water Service Technician to join our team. As a crucial member of our maintenance crew, you will play a key role in ensuring the optimal functioning and pristine condition of hot tubs across a range of residential and commercial properties. This position requires a blend of technical skills, a commitment to quality service, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform regular maintenance, cleaning, and servicing of hot tubs, ensuring they meet company and industry standards.
• Diagnose and repair hot tub issues, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing problems.
• Conduct water quality tests and adjust chemical levels to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.
• Provide recommendations to clients on proper hot tub care and preventative maintenance practices.
• Collaborate with the service team to schedule maintenance visits and manage inventory of necessary supplies and tools.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and client interactions.
• Stay updated with the latest industry standards and hot tub maintenance and repair.
• Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and guidelines while performing tasks.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Water Service Technician or similar role in pool and spa maintenance a plus!
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality work.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to various job sites within Grand County - primarily Winter Park and Fraser.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
