Help Desk Analyst – Chicago, IL (On-Site | Financial District) Ideal for someone who’s ready to step up and grow within a sharp, tech-driven financial firm. We’re working with a fast-growing financial company (200+ employees) that values its people, builds with integrity, and invests in long-term IT growth. Due to a recent team change, we’re backfilling a hands-on Helpdesk Analyst to support daily tech operations, new hire setups, and Tier 1 troubleshooting.
