We are a leading trust company based in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Compliance Officer to join our operations team. The successful candidate will assist with various compliance-related functions, including:

 
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with new client onboarding, including due diligence and document review.
• Update and manage compliance databases and document management systems.
• Support the ongoing review of client structures and transaction approvals.
• Ensure all payments adhere to fraud prevention controls.
• Assist with regulatory filings (CRS, FATCA, FBAR, 5472, etc.).
• Maintain compliance records and calendars for regulatory deadlines.
• Learn and assist with analyzing and maintaining large volumes of data.
