Job Title: Foreman Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Foreman to oversee electrical projects at a major retail construction site. This role is integral to ensuring that all electrical work is completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the work of electrical teams on site.
Ensure all electrical installations comply with industry standards and project requirements.
Review and interpret blueprints to guide the electrical team.
Maintain project timelines and report on progress to project managers.
Ensure safety protocols are strictly followed to maintain a safe working environment.
Essential Skills
Proven experience in construction and electrical work.
Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience in a supervisory role on a large-scale construction project is preferred.
Relevant certification in electrical work or construction is desirable.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
