Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated Sales Associate to join our team at the UPS Store. You'll be responsible for driving business in our print, shipping, and other UPS services by actively engaging with customers and finding solutions to their needs.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on creating opportunities, hustling, and turning every interaction into a potential business deal. If you enjoy the thrill of sales and have excellent customer service skills, this position is for you!
Responsibilities:

• Proactively engage with customers to understand their business needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Promote and sell UPS services such as printing, packaging, shipping, mailbox services, and other business-related services.
• Cultivate new business opportunities by networking and actively seeking out business clients.
• Build long-term relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Upsell print services by identifying opportunities for large print jobs (e.g., flyers, brochures, marketing materials).
• Maintain an expert understanding of UPS services, pricing, and store policies to provide clear and confident information to customers.
• Collaborate with the store team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Ensure a positive, welcoming environment for all customers.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, retail, or a customer-facing role.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Ability to identify customer needs and provide effective solutions.
• Experience with business-to-business (B2B) sales is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong work ethic.
• Familiarity with print services, shipping, or packaging is a plus but not required.
