Compensation:

• $60,000–$65,000 annual base salary
• Up to $12,000/year in monthly performance bonuses
• Housing assistance provided – you pay only utilities
• Paid relocation support available

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and develop your team to deliver amazing service
• Hit sales targets and control costs (P&L accountability)
• Hire and train team members who reflect company values
• Ensure top-tier food quality, cleanliness, and safety
• Champion community outreach and local marketing
• Solve challenges and bring ideas to improve the operation
• Create a culture of accountability, energy, and pride

What You Bring:

• 1–2+ years as a General Manager in fast food (Burger King experience required)
• Age 25+
• ServSafe certified (or willing to become certified)
• Strong leadership, customer service, and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays
• Valid driver's license in good standing
• Ability to lift 35 lbs safely
