About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Executive Director to spearhead our U.S. operations. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with a strong commitment to promoting children's rights and equity, specifically addressing issues related to poverty, exploitation, and neglect. This is an essential role where you will guide the organization through a significant leadership transition, work collaboratively to establish a sustainable organizational framework, and align U.S. operations with our global mission.
The Executive Director will oversee both strategic and operational functions, with a particular emphasis on enhancing our fundraising efforts. Your responsibilities will include maintaining our current event-based fundraising model while strategically expanding into major gifts, institutional donors, and corporate partnerships.
