  • Own the campaign calendar: Orchestrate all brand campaigns across multiple teams and channels, ensuring alignment between Event Performance, Channel Teams (paid digital, email, organic social, website), and creative/media production
  • Manage workflow in Asana: Assign tasks, track progress, manage dependencies, and keep teams unblocked across time zones
  • Balance workload across design, media, and creative teams; identify when to leverage freelance and external creators
  • Jump in to write briefs when specialty projects lack clear ownership or timelines are tight
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies, ensuring that milestones and deadlines are met.
  • Oversee the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, scope definition, planning, design, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, marketing, and partnerships, to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
  • Manage project risks and issues, identifying potential challenges early and developing mitigation plans to ensure projects stay on track.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget by effectively managing resources, budgets, and timelines.
  • Coordinate and run regular Scrum calls, and provide regular project updates to senior leadership, stakeholders, and team members, including progress reports, risk assessments, and action plans.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-driven project team environment, encouraging open communication and team problem-solving.
  • Identify and implement best practices in project management, continuously improving processes, tools, and methodologies.
  • Conduct post-project reviews to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and ensure lessons learned are applied to future projects.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and ensure stakeholder satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support the development of project management processes, templates, and tools to enhance efficiency and consistency across the organization.
Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in project management, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior role managing complex projects.

  • PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar project management certification is preferred.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas and project status updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to address challenges and make decisions quickly and effectively.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget, managing risks, and handling multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience in budgeting, resource management, and vendor management.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
  • Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with change management and managing organizational transformation projects.
  • Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and project management software.
  • Ability to work in global, multi-cultural teams and manage regional project complexities.
