Renewal by Andersen seeks an accomplished, driven, and collaborative Direct Marketing Associate to enhance our customer's experience in home upgrades. Interested in joining our team? This position offers uncapped commission in addition to a base pay. Successful candidates are expected to earn over $80,000-90,000 on-target earnings (OTE) in the first year . The starting hourly wage is $20 , based on experience, education, location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter will provide specific compensation details during hiring. Purpose This role involves generating highly qualified leads through door-to-door canvassing. Responsibilities include recording accurate data on prospective customers and market areas. Eligible individuals will receive a base monthly driving incentive and variable mileage reimbursement.
