We have an exciting opportunity for a Lifting and Scaffold Superintendent to join the Project Team! In this role, you will be responsible for p roviding on site leadership and direction for the Crane, rigging and Scaffold works, delivering against the scope, schedule, quality and budget whilst maintaining a high safety culture. Clough, as part of an alliance, is delivering the engineering, procurement and construction for the Woodman Point Water Treatment Facility Upgrade, a significant sustainable infrastructure project for the Perth community, reducing waste and emissions. Your focus will include: Manage, plan and coordinate all crane activities on the project Manage Alliance rigging and scaffold field Supervisors Review daily timesheets, diaries, delays, site instructions, photos and punch list items in Synchro via both the mobile device and web application. Conduct daily schedule reviews and ensure field activities are being undertaken to meet project schedule requirements. Planning for any mitigation to recover any slippage on schedule. Ensure safe execution of Planned activities on a daily basis. Lead Field Leadership program ensuring Alliance and sub-contract personnel meet required KPIs. Attend pre-start and debrief meetings daily with each of their crews and/or sub-contractors What you will bring to the team: Minimum 5 years’ experience performing in a similar role in the Construction Industry. Excellent communication, people management and leadership skills. Professional presentation and able to represent the project at a high standard when interfacing with stakeholders. Able to delegate and take responsibility to ensure that work is completed safely, efficiently and maximises project and individuals' effectiveness. Experience working under Permit to Work Systems and adhering to Permit to Work conditions. Able to read and interpret Structural drawings. Able to read and determine Scope of Works documentation Read and understand relevant technical specifications.
