We are looking to hire a part-time Triage Registered Nurse (RN) for our Clinics! We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented team member to support patient care coordination through phone and electronic communication. This role involves triaging patient concerns, relaying diagnostic results and provider instructions, scheduling appointments, and providing follow-up for clinic, inpatient, and ER patients. The ideal candidate will use motivational interviewing techniques to promote health outcomes, document all interactions in the EMR, and collaborate with providers, families, and the Population Health Team. Additional responsibilities include participating in quality improvement initiatives and serving as a patient advocate throughout the healthcare journey.
To be successful in this role, you will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the healthcare field as a licensed professional, and licensed through Washington State as a Registered Nurse (RN) - active Multi-State licenses are accepted.
