Our client is a forward-thinking fintech company at the forefront of the global digital asset revolution, dedicated to building a secure, compliant, and widely adopted stablecoin solution. Backed by leading investors in global funds and fintech space, our client is hiring a Chief Executive Officer for the stablecoin to redefine the future of the digital world.

As CEO, you will be the strategic leader of our stablecoin project, owning end-to-end responsibility for its development, market expansion, regulatory compliance, and long-term success. You will build and lead a high-performing team, forge key industry partnerships, navigate complex global regulatory landscapes, and drive the adoption of our stablecoin across target markets. This role requires a unique blend of stablecoin product expertise, market expansion acumen, and a track record of delivering results in fast-paced, innovative environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the long-term strategic roadmap for the stablecoin, aligning with company goals and market opportunities (e.g., DeFi integration, enterprise use cases, cross-border payments).
  • Set clear OKRs for the team, monitor progress, and adapt strategies to address market shifts, regulatory changes, or competitive dynamics.
  • Oversee product development from 0-to-1, refining core features including collateral management, liquidity optimization, and security protocols.
  • Ensure the stablecoin meets high standards of stability, transparency, and user experience, driving market validation and scalable growth.
  • Lead efforts to secure and maintain regulatory licenses across target regions (e.g., U.S. state MSB/MTL licenses, EU MiCA compliance, APAC regulatory approvals).
  • Build relationships with regulatory bodies (e.g., SEC, OCC, MAS) to stay ahead of policy changes and ensure lawful operation globally.
  • Identify high-potential markets for stablecoin adoption, develop tailored go-to-market plans, and lead initiatives to onboard partners (exchanges, financial institutions, merchants, and enterprise clients).
  • Drive user acquisition and retention using data-driven insights to optimize growth channels.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain top talent across engineering, compliance, marketing, and business development teams.
  • Serve as the primary spokesperson for the stablecoin, engaging with investors, partners, media, and the crypto community to build trust and credibility.

Qualifications

  • Must have led the launch and scaling of a stablecoin product from concept to market success (e.g., achieving significant circulation, securing partnerships with top exchanges, or driving enterprise adoption).
  • Deep expertise in stablecoin mechanics (fiat-backed, crypto-backed, or algorithmic models), risk management, and liquidity provision.

Regulatory & Market Expansion Expertise

  • Proven success navigating complex regulatory environments with specific experience securing U.S. digital asset licenses (MSB, MTL) and understanding global frameworks (EU MiCA, Singapore MAS).
  • Track record of expanding fintech/crypto products into new regions, including evaluating market opportunities, building local partnerships, and adapting to regional compliance requirements.

Demographic & Background Preferences
