Job Summary:

Senior Helpers - Denver is seeking a compassionate and reliable Personal Caregiver to join our team in Aurora, Colorado. This is a part-time, hourly position in the healthcare/medical industry that involves providing personalized care and assistance to elderly clients. As a Personal Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in helping seniors maintain their independence and enhance their quality of life. This is an individual contributor role that offers a competitive hourly rate of $18 to $22, paid biweekly.

Responsibilities:

- Providing personal care services such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Assisting with incontinence care and toileting
- Planning and preparing nutritious meals
- Assisting with medication reminders
- Providing companionship and engaging in meaningful activities
- Accompanying clients to appointments and errands
- Light housekeeping tasks and laundry
- Documenting daily activities and any changes in client's condition

Requirements:
- At least 6 months of experience in a care-giving role preferred
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
- Compassionate and patient with a genuine desire to help others
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of personal care and hygiene routines for seniors
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
