Key Responsibilities include: Develop, implement, and oversee all activities required to successfully (and in compliance with all Federal, State and Local regulations) manage, plan, and execute business operations including but not limited to the Department’s budget, internal controls, financial rate modeling, debt service, benchmarking, grants, purchasing, analytics, strategic planning, process management, continuous improvement, communications, and outreach. Administer the development of RFP’s, bids, technical reports, contracts, negotiations, contract compliance, ordinance compliance, and administration in the specified area to accomplish set goals. Work with other agencies/contractors to develop and/or coordinate the successful implementation of negotiated contracts and public relations efforts. Responsible for the overall management of professional, technical, clerical, and field supervisory personnel, including work schedules and activities, establishing performance standards and operating procedures, staffing, training, conducting performance reviews, and conducting disciplinary actions as deemed necessary. About You: Minimum Qualifications ABachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Construction, Engineering, Business, Public Administration or a highly related field and four (4) years of related experience.
