Available Shift
3rd Shift: Monday-Friday, 10:00 PM–6:15 AM
Overtime and occasional weekend work required
Flexibility for alternate shift coverage may be needed
Key Responsibilities
Support the supervisor in meeting daily production goals and managing labor needs
Ensure product quality and compliance with food safety standards
Assist with employee training, onboarding, and coaching
Coordinate line setup/teardown and maintain organized work areas
Complete required documentation and other duties as assigned
Requirements
Minimum of 1 year Line Lead experience
Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
Basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
Daily use of a company-issued tablet
Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Physical Requirements
Ability to read and write
Stand for up to 8 hours
Lift up to 35 lbs
Ability to coach employees and respond quickly to operational needs
