Entry-Level Assembler - 2nd Shift

A global provider of advanced manufacturing instruments is currently seeking for an Entry-Level Assembler. This is a temp to hire opportunity in Andover, MA. 

Pay Rate of the Entry-Level Assembler:
$18.00 - 1st Shift
$19.80 - 2nd Shift
$21.60 - 3rd Shift

Responsibilities of the Entry-Level Assembler:

• Perform assembly and troubleshooting of optical laser products.
• Set up, operate and maintain welding equipment.
• Assemble metal structures and equipment through the use of welders, cutters, shapers and measuring tools still have commitment to the quality of the product.
• At times, work in cell manufacturing as necessary.
• Must be able to read, interpret, and follow all necessary MKS drawings and/or documentation.
• Familiar with personal computer, Windows, and DOS programs.

Requirements of the Entry-Level Assembler:

• Will perform sub-assembly and final assembly of various products as assigned.
• Will accurately fill out product ID tags with each final assembly.
• Will maintain accurate daily work sheets.
• Will provide timely and accurate feedback on problems encountered.
• Will work from assembly drawings and procedures to assure consistent proper assembly techniques.
